State department grilled over what was known about Clinton's email practices

Hillary Clinton failed to comply with federal records rules, with her use of private email for government business.

That's the damning message from a State Department Inspector General report, which publicly slams the former Secretary of State for flouting the rules, and for failing to ask permission to use a private server.

State department spokesperson, Mark Toner, faced a barrage of questions from journalists over the agency's handling of the issue- as Nina-Maria Potts reports:
