Russian officials confidence of 4% economic growth within 2-3 years

An aide to Russia's President Vladimir Putin says economic growth is
possible for the country within two to three years.

It's a positive sign for an economy that has been hit hard by the drop
in oil prices and tough sanctions after Russia's annexation of Crimea.
