Russia and US agree on “regime of silence” for Aleppo

The United States and Russia  have agree on a 48-hour "regime of silence" for the Syrian city of Aleppo starting Thursday. The two sides noted the decrease in hostilities in the war-torn country since the first temporary lull was announced for Damascus area and Latakia region last weekend.
