Putin proposes new block of international security

Speaking at the Victory Day Parade at the Red Square in Moscow Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia is ready to form a new international block to ensure global security. He was addressing thousands of people gathered in the heart of the Russian capital to watch the parade in commemoration of the 71st anniversary of the Soviet Union troops' victory over Nazi Germany in 1945.
