Prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine cancelled

The Russian Justice Ministry has announced that a prisoner swap with
Ukraine has been called off.

Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko was sentenced to 22 years in jail by
a Russian court while two Russian soldiers were handed 14 year
sentences by authorities in Kiev.
