The actor Burt Kwouk, best known for his role playing Inspector Clouseau's man-servant Cato in the Pink Panther films has died at the age of 85.
Born in Manchester but raised in Shanghai, he starred in seven Pink Panther films opposite Peter Sellers.
He also appeared in the BBC sitcom "Last of the Summer Wine", and the wartime British TV drama "Tenko".
In a 2010 interview he was asked how he'd got the part of Cato.
