Normandy Four call for Minsk Agreement to be honoured

Leaders from the Normandy Four have called for the Minsk peace
agreement in Ukraine to be fully honoured.

In a conversation between the Ukrainian, Russian, French and German
heads of state they agreed they were committed to bringing about a
peaceful resolution to the conflict.
