FARAGE: CLOSE RESULT WOULD MEAN SECOND EU POLL

There would have to be a second UK referendum on EU membership if the result is close on 23rd June.

That's the claim from Nigel Farage, leader of right-wing party UKIP ahead of the in-out vote next month.

It comes as a former British spy chief warns of a 'populist uprising' in Europe, if Brussels can't bring the continent's migrant crisis under control.
