Celebrity wins injunction case in UK Supreme Court

A celebrity fighting to keep his name out of a UK tabloid story about an alleged marital threesome, has won his Supreme Court case.

This comes after The Sun on Sunday newspaper argued it should be able to run the story on the celebrity, known as PJS, because his name had already been published elsewhere.
