Brown enters the Brexit fray

Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has entered the argument over whether the UK should remain or leave the European Union, saying it's not British to retreat to what he called the sidelines of Europe. 

The Labour party veteran said Britain needed to be within the EU block to help shape the continents response to serious challenges such as terrorism, immigration and climate change.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
