Brexit could mean further austerity cuts for UK, IFS warns

The UK could face at least another two years of austerity if it votes to leave the European Union in June.

That's the latest warning from a new report by the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

While Vote Leave insists the UK would save money in EU membership fees, the IFS says a Brexit would have a negative impact on the UK economy and would result in years of further cuts.
