A former head of Britain's Conservative party claims Prime Minister David Cameron's renegotiations with the European Union over membership were dictated by Germany.
Iain Duncan Smith, one of the senior Conservatives in the campaign for a so-called "Brexit", Britain to leave the EU, has told a British newspaper that Mr Cameron's attempts to renegotiate membership terms had "failed". From London, Catherine Drew reports.
