Better training on official email needed - U.S. State Dept.

Better training and archiving on the use of official email is required at the U.S. State Department.

The agency is continuing to answer questions about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server instead of government email following the release of the Inspector General's report.

The Washington Post reported, in 2009, State Department employees offered to set up a special computer for Hillary Clinton so she could easily access the internet, but was rebuffed.

U.S. State Department Deputy Spokesman Mark Toner says employees need to know from the state about how and when to use official email.
