BBC to close 'recipes website' to cut costs

The BBC Food website with more than 11,000 recipes is to close, as part of a plan to cut around 21-and-a-half million dollars from its online budget.

It follows the publication of the UK government's White Paper on the future of the BBC, which looks to re-shape the future of the corporation.
