US Supreme Court rules against redistricting based on number of eligible voters

INTRO:
The US Supreme Court has struck down a motion which would have
dramatically redrawn voting lines in America.

The change in district lines, would have moved the voter base out of
Democrat-heavy urban centers, and into rural, more conservative,
territory.
