US officials ban travel to Mississippi to protest discriminatory "Religious Freedom" law

Several US states and cities have instructed their officials to avoid
unnecessary travel to Mississippi.
The move comes in opposition to a new law passed there, protecting
citizens who refuse service
to individuals based on their religious beliefs.

Politicians who issued the travel ban this week said the law
discriminates against the LGBTQ community.

US Correspondent Laura Cantekin reports from New York.
