UK Home Secretary on Hillsborough Inquest

The British Home Secretary has addressed the House of Commons after the results of an inquest into the Hillsborough disaster.

96 people died in the UK's worst sporting disaster during the FA Cup semi-final in 1989.

The two year inquest found that the victims were unlawfully killed and revealed several police failures. It's something the families of those who lost their lives have been fighting for over the past 27 years.

Following the conclusion of the inquiry UK Home Secretary Theresa May paid tribute to the victims and their families.
