Speaker Ryan won't be GOP nominee

Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan has made it clear, he will not be the Republican nominee to run for the White House.

With voters openly frustrated with the remaining nominees, speculation was mounting that he'd be the 'white knight' to save the party.
