Prisoner charged after carving slogan in cellmates forehead

In Australia,  the New South Wales Labor opposition claims a vicious attack allegedly waged by an Islamic State sympathiser whereby he carved a slogan on to another man's forehead inside a prison is the latest symptom of a system in crisis.
