Obama Decries Corporate Tax Inversions, Endorses Tighter Rules

President Barack Obama  is endorsing new efforts to clamp down on corporate inversions, designed to lower tax bills. 

The practice involves a US corporation moving its profits overseas by acquiring a foreign-based company.
