New US Treasury rules in response to "Panama Papers" details

Banks will soon be required to seek the identities of individuals
holding shell-company accounts.

That's in line with regulations set to be implemented by the United
States Treasury Department following revelations in the "Panama
Papers" leak of concealed offshore wealth.
