MPs to hold emergency UK steel crisis debate

An emergency debate will be held in the Commons to discuss the current steel industry crisis facing the UK.

Labour's shadow business secretary Angela Eagle called for further discussion saying the future of the steel industry was "hanging by a thread".

It comes after Indian company Tata Steel announced last month that it wanted to sell off all its UK assets.
