A federal judge has approved an agreement between the US city of
Ferguson, Missouri and the U.S. Justice Department aimed at improving
police practices in the St. Louis suburb. Ferguson has been under
pressure to update policies since a black, unarmed teen named Michael
Brown was fatally shot by a white police officer in 2014.
Patrice Howard reports from Los Angeles.
