Interpol's head detective in Venezuela is being charged with smuggling cocaine to the Dominican Republic.
Prosecutors say that Chief Detective Eliecer Garcia Torrealba used his senior position at Interpol to allow a plane carrying drugs to leave Venezuela without being checked by authorities.
