INDIAN GOVT NOT SEEKING TO CLAIM DIAMOND FROM UK

The Government of India has told the country's Supreme Court that a priceless diamond was given to Britain rather than stolen and that it should not try to reclaim it.

The 108 carat Koh-i-Noor gem is part of a crown which is now on display in the Tower of London as Catherine Drew reports from the British capital.
