Former Pres. Clinton defends record with black community

Former President Bill Clinton has taken some heat for his 1994 crime
reforms while on the trail for wife Hillary Clinton's Democratic
Presidential campaign.

Clinton faced protestors who say his reforms had adverse effects for
African Americans.
