Brazil: Dilma Rousseff could face impeachment

Brazil's lower house of Congress has voted to recommend the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff.

President Rousseff faces charges of breaking budget laws by shifting around government money in order to fund her 2014 re-election campaign.
