The leader of North Korea claims his military has miniaturized nuclear weapons which could be put on ballistic missiles.
It's the first time Kiim Jong Un has been quoted on the issue and it comes as the U.S. and South Korea conduct military exercises, involving hundreds of thousands of troops.
At the Pentagon, Spokesman Peter Cook rejected the claim.
