The US Pentagon has taken disciplinary action against the US soldiers
responsible for an air strike that hit a hospital in the Afghan city
of Kunduz last year.
A top US official in Afghanistan, said the facility was misidentified
by U.S. personnel who were targeting combatants reported to be in the
building.
