UN welcomes Palymra recapture from ISIS

Russian backed Syrian government forces have reportedly driven ISIS out of the Syrian town of Palmyra, in the biggest defeat for the group in two years.

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon says the UN welcomes the recapture of the ancient city.
