UN Syria Envoy Expects ‘Deeper’ Peace Talks To Begin on Monday

Staffan de Mistura, the UN special envoy to Syria, has said he expects 'substantive, deeper' talks between the government and the opposition to begin on Monday.

But it's still not clear who will attend the negotiations in Geneva next week.
