UN release report on alleged sexual exploitation

The UN report on alleged sexual exploitation and abuse within its peacekeeping
missions was brought to the Security Council in New York this Thursday.
Secretary General Ban Ki Moon highlighted new measures to address an
uptick in abuse allegations - there were 69 such accusations in 2015.
