Trump Predicts Riots If Denied Republican Nomination

Donald Trump has said that his supporters will 'riot' if he isn't picked for the Republican nomination even if he wins the popular vote.

Some Republicans have suggested that if Mr Trump falls short of the number of the 1,237 delegates needed to secure the nomination, the party should hold what's known as a brokered convention- that would see party officials rather than voters would choose the nominee.

The New York property tycoon said that would cause big problems - and University of Virginia Centre for Politics Director Larry Sabato told Fox News Trump could be right.
