Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter told his weekly Bible study class, he has successfully completed treatment for cancer.
He'd been undergoing innovative immunotherapy treatment for melanoma - a form of skin cancer - which had spread to his liver and brain.
His long time friend and Bible study class member Jill Stuckey said everyone applauded when he announced the news.
