Malian man pleads quilty to conspiring to murder US diplomat

A citizen of Mali has pled guilty to conspiring to murder a US
diplomat stationed in Niamey, Niger.

US authorities including the Federal Bureau of Investigation heard
Alhassane Oulde Mohamed's plea at court in Manhattan.
