Kerry, Lavrov call for prompt start of Syria talks

American and Russian diplomats called for prompt resumption of peace talks between the Syrian government and the opposition forces. The United Nations hopes to build on the fragile truce that has been holding for a week despite reported violations to kick start negotiations in Geneva next week.
