Iran Calls US 9/11 Compensation Court Order ‘Ridiculous’

A spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry has called a US court ruling, ordering the country to pay compensation for the 9/11 attacks, 'ridiculous'.

Last week, a court in New York ordered Tehran to pay seven and a half billion dollars to victims of the September 11th attacks, after ruling that Iran had failed to prove it didn't help the bombers.

Lorna Shaddick reports from New York.
