Greece and Turkey have promised to cooperate on a plan to send back migrants from Europe - after EU leaders hammered out the framework of a potential deal in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras travelled to Turkey to pave the way for the new deal.
