EU leaders meet with Turkish PM to try to reach a deal on the refugee crisis

European Union leaders are meeting with the Turkish Prime Minister in Brussels to try to agree a controversial deal to tackle Europe's refugee and migrant crisis.

Turkey's PM Ahmet Davutoglu says their goal is to help the refugees and deepen Turkish-EU relations.
