After a day of difficult negotiating and intensive back-and-fourths, European Union and Turkish leaders were unable to strike a deal at the EU-Turkey Summit.
Proposals were laid out on the table and debated, but all parties couldn't agree on a plan to try and ease the worst migrant crisis to hit Europe since World War II.
