Congressional Panel angry over Flint, Michigan water contamination

The governor of Michigan and the EPA administrator faced tough questioning over how so many people now have lead poisoning thanks to drinking the public water in Flint, Michigan.

The city of Flint changed the source of it's water, but did not follow proper procedures to make sure lead and other contaminants didn't pollute the public drinking water.
