Wikileaks: NSA recorded Merkel-Ban meeting in 2008

The web site Wikileaks has released new classified documents claiming to show previously unknown spying by the National Security Agency of the United States

Among the revelations was that the NSA recorded German chancellor Angela Merkel in 2008.
