Tension building in South China Sea over Beijing's military intentions

Tension is rising in the South China Sea over possible plans by Beijing to launch military jets from newly created islands.

American Vice-Admiral  Joseph Aucoin has warned that the US will continue to exercise its rights of navigation through the contested region.
