Syrian opposition points to flaws in Obama-Putin ceasefire plan


Syrian opposition pointed to flaws and loopholes in the ceasefire plan that was agreed by Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin on Monday and is thought to "radically transform the crisis situation in Syria". The rebel groups say Russia and its ally, the Damascus regime, may use it to continue striking opposition forces and civilians. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
