European Council president Donald Tusk heads to Prague on Tuesday for a summit with Eastern European leaders - in an attempt to stop them from trying to block the UK's EU reform package.
Some Eastern European countries believe plans to cut benefits paid to EU migrants in the UK discriminate against their citizens.
