The concerns of minority voters loomed large in the latest debate between Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.
It's the first time the two have met since the Vermont Senator decisively beat the former Secretary of State in the New Hampshire primary.
The tight race moves next to Nevada and South Carolina, two states with large Latino and black populations.
So Mr Sanders took pains to tailor to his message to address issues in African-American communities. He said the disproportionate number of African Americans in U.S. prisons is a great tragedy.
