Chechen special forces infiltrated IS cells in Syria, Chechen leader says

The leader of Russia's Chechnya republic said Chechen special forces have infiltrated the cells of the Islamic State terrorist groups in Syria. He said the operatives help the Russian army strike the right targets and avert terror acts. The Chechen official's statements expose inconsistency in the Kremlin's official line about Russian military presence in Syria. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
