European Union leaders are meeting in Brussels to try to thrash out a deal on the UK's membership of the bloc ahead of Britain's referendum on whether to remain an EU member.
UK Prime Minister David Cameron says he will campaign to keep Britain in the EU if the leaders can come to a satisfactory agreement.
