UN says urgent medical evacuation needed for 400 patients in Madaya

About 400 hospital patients in besieged Madaya, Syria need to be
evacuated for urgent medical treatment.

That's according to the United Nations humanitarian chief who said
these patients are suffering from severe malnourishment and
starvation.
