Teacher in French avalanche disaster could face manslaughter charges

The teacher of a group of French schoolchildren who were hit by an
avalanche in the Alps on Wednesday could face manslaughter charges.
The teacher is accused of knowingly leading the children onto a black
run that was closed for safety reasons.
